Make a 3D Theme Park

Make a three-dimensional theme park with paper, a wire action figure, junk sculptures, clay figures, and edible food art. Projects will reflect students’ interests. Concepts of balance, stability, and positive and negative space will be discussed.

Painting Intensive
Instructor: Rhonda Wainshilbaum
Dates: July 3-7 (4 days class–no class July 4th)
Time: 9 am-12 pm

Use thick paint to create a textured painting inspired by Van Gogh, turn a piece of furniture into art with stencils and stamps, enjoy painting with watercolors on wet paper to music. We’ll experiment with many techniques.

Craft Potpourri

Sample a variety of fun crafts. Make intricate jewelry or sculptures with Sculpey, a batiked pillow, a collage mirror, and a mosaic stepping stone. Projects will reflect students’ interests.

Travel Watercolor Sketching

Learn to watercolor sketch quickly with minimal supplies while traveling in and out of Greenfield. Watercolor travel sketching is fun, not intimidating, and easy to learn. Anyone can do a quick sketch in a small journal with a pen and paints. You will have day to day instruction to help reach your goals.
